You will receive an email confirmation with the date, time & location of your booking.

We will also confirm your appointment the day before your shoot.

Our photoshoots are at our home studio and is fenced off where you can let your dog off-leash and they are able to explore their surroundings to get comfortable. Once your dog has sniffed and peed on everything, yes it happens, we can introduce ourselves and get them used to our equipment. Then we get into the fun stuff! Your dogs comfort and safety is our priority!

5-7 days after your photoshoot you will receive an online gallery of watermarked photos. You can then choose which photo/s you'd like to receive as the one/s included with your package that you paid for. Then you can choose any other photos as digitals or have them made onto one of our great quality products.

We are based in Bristol, BS16 1JF, very near Snuff Mills. On your booking confirmation we will give you the exact address.

Your dog will be the only dog in our studio and the garden surrounding the studio is full enclosed.

We do have dogs of our own and we will keep them in the house until you leave.

Give us a call when you arrive in the parking area so we can get our dogs inside.

We can take as much time as needed to let your dog adjust to their surroundings. We understand that some dogs need a little extra time to get comfortable.

Yes but let me know before hand, there may be an extra charge.

We will confirm your appointment the day before your appointment and we can discuss what backdrop colours you would like.

We prefer dogs to be “naked” but if you would prefer your dog to stay on a lead we can work around it.

If you need to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your shoot we can cancel or rebook.

If you cancel within the last 48 hours you would unfortunately loose your deposit/booking fee as we are unable to fill your space last minute.

Absolutely, we can include you in the shoot.

You are welcome to bring your dogs favourite treats & toys! You are also welcome to bring anything you'd like in the photos, prop wise.

Keep eyes trimmed and clean. That’s where you get their pawsonality.

For fluffy dogs, we recommend either going for a groom a couple weeks before the shoot or at least a good brush/ trim up around the eyes. The eyes are the most important part of your pups face so we want to be able to see them!

If your dog gets full quickly don’t feed too much just before because we use lots of treats, so we don’t want them to feel too full.

A walk before hand is good but don’t wear them out, we want to catch some of there energy and personality.

Relax and enjoy this time with your dog. We have had crazy dogs, jumpy dogs, barking dogs, weeing dogs, kissing dogs, bad breath dogs, scared dogs and the list goes on.

Every dog is different, we will deal with whatever happens. We have had it all so don’t worry.

Depends on which package you choose. But we are happy to spend longer if necessary.

We spend time getting to know you and your dog. We then spend some time getting them familiar with our equipment, lights and noises. We then photograph in short bursts making it fun and enjoyable. We are always mindful of your pet being tired or if they have had enough.

Each session and dog is different, some pets are natural models and give a little extra magic, whilst others may need a bit more time to settle. We don’t guarantee a number but we aim for between 10 - 12 for a mini shoot. 15 - 20 images probably more for a longer shoot. More images if its a longer session.

You can either come back to our studio to view your images or we will send you an email link to your very own private gallery where you can see your photos at your leisure - these will be watermarked.

You can then choose your “included package” images and we will then make them available watermark free for you to download as much as you like.

In the link to your images there is an option to buy wall art and products.

Alternatively you can come back to our studio to view your images and we can order them together.
